What's included in the tour price?
The tour is All-Inclusive: Hotels, motorcoaches, flights, meals, activities, tour director, swag, nighttime security, tax+gratuities, TPP (optional), and more!
How far in advance should we plan?
At least 12+ months in advance for domestic, 18+ months for performing arts + international
Do you offer fundraising/payment plan guidance?
Yes! And we also have a crowdfunding option. Allows students to raise funds from friends and family.
How do you handle dietary/medical needs?
When you register for the trip, we ask about any dietary restrictions and allergies - we use that to ensure that the restaurants are aware and can provide plenty of options. Medications are handled by the school and/or trip leader.
Can you align with curriculum standards?
Yes! Our tours are fully customizable, allowing us to align the itinerary with the teacher's curriculum and budget.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
You can purchase TPP (Travel Protection Plus) and receive a full refund up to the day before the trip (excluding the deposit). Without TPP, cancellations made earlier will receive a higher refund. Refund amounts decrease as the departure date approaches.
